About Us
At the end of 2024, Holger and Thomas incorporated Great Nutrition GmbH. Both had previously worked in the confectionery industry for decades. International projects around fruit gums and jellies brought them together from time to time. During this time, both recognized the enormous potential that comes from combining their various professional experiences and expertise. The idea to found a company together was born.
A strong team
30 years of experience in product and process development make Great Nutrition a competent partner for successful products.
The contact-free and starchless production process with washable moulds was developed and implemented largely through Holger's ideas. Today it sets new standards in the production of functional fruit gums. Holger contributes his many years of experience and in-depth specialist knowledge about consultation, recipe development and production for our customers.
As a renowned expert in international trade, procurement of raw materials, distribution and marketing, Thomas manages the business affairs of Great Nutrition.
Well-founded and innovative expertise with state-of-the-art plant technology on the one hand and direct and effective action on the other hand define the character of Great Nutrition.
Holger
As a food engineer, Holger helped develop what were probably the world's first vitamin fruit gums in 1993 and has put more than 300 confectionery production plants into operation over the last 25 years. Most recently, these have included many that produce fruit gums with nutritional supplements.
Thomas
Thomas has been working as a business economist and manager in foreign trade in the raw materials and ingredients industry for over 25 years. He has strong connections in the international confectionery industry and knows the international trade in confectionery products and their natural raw materials like no other.
