The cooking, pouring, molding and post-treatment systems are made of stainless steel and of German origin.

In a fully automated, climate-controlled and self-contained production process (no manual operations, contact-free production cycles), the fruit gums are produced under constant conditions regarding cooking, pouring and cooling times.

State-of-the-art control technology enables an effective and fully documented production process. Holding times before pouring are minimized, allowing the ingredients to be incorporated into the mixture gently and without significant losses.

By using washable polycarbonate molds, the carryover of ingredients into subsequent production is completely eliminated. Every production process takes place in clean molds.
